Used to be great and now it wont open on my iPhone 4.

Initally work great and now crash all the time...

Do not buy worked fine a few times only now wont open either fix this or give me my money back wont even open on my iPhone now

Junk , will not work.As much money as black book has you would think they could afford an IT person.

If you have an older version, you must delete it first, then install the update in order for it to work properly. The update works great. Thanks guys!

I absolutely hate it when an update cause an app to quit working!!!! Whats up with that????

I looked at the reviews when my latest update continually crashed ( got the splash screen then closed immediately). Reviewer solution to uninstall then install fresh the latest version worked fine. Thanks for the solution.

I just downloaded this app and it will not work at all- keeps crashing after the opening screen. I deleted it then reinstalled and the same thing keeps happening. If I JUST downloaded it for the first time it should be the latest version. Total piece of junk. How do I get my money back since I cant use this app AT ALL????

Not all the makes are on app have to have a dealer login and password to get all makes waste of money !!!!

The Black Book app crashed every time I tried to input a down payment with the Calculator.

I just downloaded and it keeps erroring out when I try and use the calculator. Otherwise great app

The app works. But it crashes a lot! For instance if you leave the app and then reopen it, the app will crash and you loose the info that youve already typed in. And why in the WORLD, would they push an update, and it isnt iPhone 5 supported.

What gives? I always loved this app but when I just downloaded the update, it crashed and wont open!

Dont waste your time or money. Ive had it a year plus and regardless of updates it doesnt even open. Where do I apply for my refund?
